Instead, I simmered it on the stove for about 1 1/2 hours or so. For the chicken, I threw in whole skinless, boneless breasts. After they were poached, I pulled them out and shredded them. Then I threw the shredded chicken back in and let it simmer with the veggies. Yummy!<br /><br />Now I have lunch for tomorrow. Thank you!Linda D.
